GlassFlow comes from a team that has spent years building observability infrastructure. We've built pipelines that process millions of records per second into ClickHouse, running in production for international companies that expected strong SLAs and would not accept anything less than a high-quality product handling their data.

Then we started putting agents into production ourselves, and hit a wall. Debugging what actually happened meant stitching together evidence across multiple tools, none of which were built for runs that last hours or span multiple frameworks. We knew that pain firsthand, and we knew the observability problem underneath it, because we'd spent our careers solving exactly that at scale.

GlassFlow is us pointing that expertise at agents. We're building the observability layer we needed, so you can ship agents to your customers without the debugging nightmare we lived through.
